Five State Beef Initiative

The Five State Beef Initiative is a cooperative effort of Land Grant Universities, State Departments of Agriculture, Cattlemen's Associations, Livestock Marketing Organizations, Farm Bureaus, and Post-harvest Partners.

Vision: To increase producer profits

Mission: To strengthen economic opportunities for the Eastern Corn Belt's beef industry by providing added value to the consumer through a responsive production, marketing and information system.
