2. USMARC Swine Unit Manager

University of Nebraska US Meat Animal Research Center (USMARC) Position located near Clay Center, NE. USMARC is a facility for research, development, and study of meat animal production in the U.S., making major contributions toward solving problems facing the US livestock industry. Candidate will have overall responsibility for directing operation of Swine Research Unit; will provide liaison between unit employees and researchers; will be key person in developing new procedures and new programs. BS in agriculture required. MS in relevant ag discipline is preferred. Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in agriculture. Preferred experience will also include experience with AI, embryo transfer, and progressive biosecurity management. Valid driver's license required. $35,990/year minimum. 3. IBCA Summer Intern

The Indiana Beef Cattle Association/Indiana Beef Council is now accepting resumes to be considered for their summer intern positions. One position will be for a full summer intern and the other intern spot will be for the time period surrounding the Indiana State Fair. Jobs will include participating in beef consumer education and marketing events as well developing and executing the consumer exhibit in the Pioneer Our Land Pavilion during the State Fair. 4. ANSC Behavior Research Position

Position: Canine Playgroup Monitor

Klondike Canine Academy and Recreation & Sports Park (the behavior and training branch of Blair Animal Clinic & Klondike Kennels) is hiring for the position of Playgroup Monitor. This person monitors the off-leash Canine Playgroup sessions which take place in our Canine Recreation & Sports Park (dog park).

Training/Skill: Animal Care background and handling experience of dogs required (i.e. dog walking, pet sitting, kennel/veterinary attendant, humane society). Knowledge of canine behavior, customer relations, and basic computer skills are also required

Requirements: Must be able to work outdoors in most weather conditions and be able to walk dogs greater than 50 lbs, handling a variety of breeds and sizes, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Hours Available: varies, Wednesdays 3:30-6:30pm, Fridays 3:30-6:30pm, Saturdays 9:30am -12:30pm, Sundays 1:30-6:30pm

7. CCO Inside Track

I. The Hire Big 10 Plus Virtual Career Fair has over 2 dozen employers hoping to chat with Big 10 students from a wide variety of majors. Be sure to get in on the event that goes on Tuesday, April 5th - Thursday, April 7th.
