Columbian Park Zoo is looking for energetic students to assist the Education Department with camps and classes throughout the year. Interns will gain practical experience in lesson planning, office management, interpretation, and interactive animal presentations. This is a FUN internship experience!

2. Wyoming Summer Ranch Hand Position
Team player in hay farming, fence repair and building, hay irrigation with pivots, gated pipe, and wheel line is needed at a horse and cattle operation on an upscale Guest Ranch. This is a great experience, but please do not apply if you only want to cowboy!
Duration: Seasonal job to end of October, housing provided in bunkhouse, but not meals, a NO TOBACCO RANCH.
Reuirements: Experience in these areas is a must, especially with hay farming.
Hours: 5 1/2 days per week

4. Junior Scholars Summer Research Program
This is a summer reseach opportunity in the Animal Sciences Department for undergraduate and high school students considering a career in research (you get paid!). Each undergraduate student will be paired with a graduate student mentor to assist in a research project. Opportunites are broad (basic to applied… nutrition to behavior).
