1. Genetic Supervisor

Job Description: The Genetic Supervisor is responsible for the daily execution of all on-farm genetic work instructions as outlined by The Maschhoffs Genetic Program. The Supervisor is also responsible for execution of accurate data collection, accurate information reporting to the proper Genetic Service Bureau and timely submission of answers to data inputting questions from the Genetic Service Bureau. The Supervisor reports to the Genetic Site Manager and works closely with the Genetics Service Manager. The Genetic Supervisor is also responsible for production responsibilities as assigned by the Genetic Site Manager.

Internships/ Summer Work


1. Farm and Home Helper

Need a handy helper for small farm 20 minutes south of campus (10 minutes south of mall). Occasional/flexible hours – you can work weekends or during the week as it fits schedules. Main responsibilities include help with cleaning pens (you drive the pitch fork), yard projects, minor building projects, brush clean up, odd jobs, etc. Available immediately.
