Classification and function of nutrients, deficiency symptoms, digestive processes, characterization of feedstuffs, and formulation of diets for domestic animals. Dr. Forsyth.

In other words, this course covers about everything related to the nutrition and feeding of domestic animals. "Soup to Nuts". Take this course if you wish a single course in animal nutrition.

Nutrients are organic chemicals, but Organic Chemistry is not required; we'll teach you what you need to know.
