Temporary overstocking of facilities, at a young age, can occur without setting back performance do to excess square footage
Overstocking pigs (decrease square footage from 8 ft. to 4 ft.) will not restrict feeder space or square footage requirements which would hinder the animals ability to perform at 9-10 wks. of age (the normal time pigs would be moved).
